Adam is an English professional footballer who recently joined The Premier League side Southampton as a Centre Forward. Adam had a fabulous season with Blackburn Rove by playing a total of 43 matches and scored 29 goals with 5 assists which helped him gain a Premier League transfer. A Newcastle fanboy who joined the academy at the age of 9. He was with Newcastle United from 2014 to 2018 and during this time he spent his loan seasons with Coventry City, Barnsley, Bolton Wanderers, and Blackburn Rovers. On 9 January 2018, he joined Blackburn Rovers when they were in EFL League One and helped them to secure promotion to the EPL Championship for the first time. On 6 August 2018, Adam Amstrong signed for Blackburn Rovers on 4 years contract of €1.90m. On 10 August 2021, Armstrong joined Southampton and scored on his debut for the club but unfortunately, his team suffered a 1–3 defeat away to Everton on the opening day of the Premier League season.
For his National Country England, he won one 1X UNDER-20 WORLD CUP CHAMPION 2017 and 1X EUROPEAN UNDER-17 CHAMPION 2014 <achivemts taken from https://www.transfermarkt.co.in/>
In League One with Coventry City, he played 40 games and scored 20 goals, and gave 5 assists. His finishing is just brilliant and he dribbles cleanly and does take few nutmegs which are just amazing. The way he uses his right foot and some of the chops are brilliant, he is perfectly suited for Southampton and he has a good future ahead with big clubs if he continues to play in this form. The way he carries the ball and his one-touch pass receiving is brilliant i.e the way he turns and receives it and opens up the goal-scoring opportunity is simple yet perfect. His confidence while carrying the ball is what makes him a completed striker by watching him the way he skillfully dribbles the ball makes it look like going with the flow completely free with no fear which is what is necessary for a striker. Even when he misses the chance unlike most of those who look down he instead keeps his head up and presses for the ball that’s what I loved about his game style

The way he took away the ball between 3 defenders was brilliant. Some players might lose the ball in a state of panic and agitation but he takes the ball smoothly and carries forward.
Well for the FPL players he is quite a player and you can definitely add him to your fantasy team to get more points, I am sure some of you’ll have done already done it and if you’ll haven't then you guys should add him up along with Ivan Toney.
Adam Amstrong will be linked with Che Adams in a 4–4–2 formation
